We produce a range of organic products for health and happiness. Our distillery makes small quantities of delicious spirits to relax our souls.
A change of farm usage has resulted in carbon sequestration and the restoration of ancient forests. Open pastures have been converted to valuable timber species, like Tallowood, Oak Rosewood and Cedar.
The landscape closer to the homestead has been designed by an experience landscape designer and carefully tended by horticulturalists Dorothy and Robert Griffith. Indigenous knowledge has been used in the beautiful design with fire management regimes. Gardens provide a huge range of plant species, many propagated in our own nursery. Numerous outdoor sculptures have been created by the owner Doff Griffith. You can stroll through the gardens and stop for a tea, grown on the farm.
Amongst the garden a unique eatery has been created. Parties can be held amongst the sculpture horticultural extravaganza. Delicious food can be created in a fully functioning kitchen and pizza oven. The public are welcome to enjoy a coffee and cake at our locale for a few hours, or stay some days in our beautiful Air B&B and improve your health in our sauna.
