Our Director Robert Griuffith has a broad and worldwide experience in providing horticultural solutions, our expertise is used by business, government and property owners for green infrastructure, natural ecosystem restoration, Agronomy and landscaping.

With over 35 years experience in working on award winning environmental landscapes. Evolvement has developed skills in greening urban infrastructure and water management. We have managed numerous urban green roof and vertical garden projects in Australia, Asia, The Middle East and Germany. 

Short term thinking leads to the unsuitable use of resources, pollution, loss of biodiversity and climate change. Ninety percent of people live in cities.  There is a need to renew nature in our domain. Beauty with community engagement provides happiness to young and old alike. Fresh food and indigenous bush tucker provide well being.

Robert Griffith, head of Evolvement, revived our vertical garden wall from a dry, drab aesthetic planted with inappropriate plants given the direct north-facing perspective; to a lush, sustainable, highly attractive wall.

Robert appropriated irrigation timing, advised on maintenance and returned promptly to verify the platform's operability and indeed, to replace the few plants that didn't take initially.
