Here at Manly a green roof provides a beautiful view from the bathroom and bedrooms. On this project I was limited to an overall depth of 140mm for the green roof buildup. I was also limited to 150kg/M2 for structural reasons. We needed to make a light weight green roof. Plants are growing particularly well with a 20mm layer of mineral wool called Urbanscape, beneath 65mm of growing media.
